With these indexing plungers, the indexing pin is actuated via the pull ring.
This is done by hand, alternatively by cable pull or by means of an extended pull rod with hook.
The ZB and SW versions are designed for applications in steel construction,
A4 stainless steel can be used in particularly aggressive environments.
The dimensional tolerances between the bolt and guide are selected to ensure functional reliability
is guaranteed even in the case of rough applications or soiling.
Slotted holes or hexagonal holes can be used for fastening,
which allow the use of socket head cap screws ISO 4762 and hexagon head screws or nuts
-nuts according to DIN 931 or DIN 934.

The bushes are used to guide the bolt and for the detent hole. Longer guide lengths also increase precision.Design and assembly instructionsThere are two bolt lengths l1 for each indexing plunger Ø d1.The length l3 must ensure complete disengagement of the indexing plunger. The bushing length, plate thickness and any gap can be selected within certain limits.To accommodate the positioning bushes (outer Ø with tolerance n6), a locating bore with a tolerance of a locating bore with tolerance H7 is usually provided. The positioning bushes are used to guide the bolt and for the locating hole.Longer guide lengths also increase precision.Design and assembly instructionsThere are two bolt lengths l1 for each indexing plunger Ø d1. The length l7 is determined by the penetration depth of the indexing plunger into the cone of the bushing. The length l8 must ensure that the locking pin disengages completely. The bushing length, plate thickness and any gap can be selected within certain limits.When engaged, the pin must have at least 0.5 mm residual stroke so that the conical part of the pin is seated in the cone of the positioning bush without play.
