Form C with face hole is suitable for applications that require a flat surface when screwed in.

Assembly:
Form C with face hole can be installed with a cranked face pin wrench (SM 1273-67 STV 2) or with a face pin socket wrench (SM 1273-67 STS 4 or SM 1273-67 STS 5).
