Product information "Quick-release cross handle | SM 1196 "

made of gray cast iron

Material: gray cast iron
slide-ground

Cross handles with quick-clamping function are used when no high clamping forces are required
or when the handle needs to be removed completely after loosening and quickly returned to the clamping position.

The handle is attached to the threaded bolt at an angle.
When clamping, the thread (the function is achieved via a half-sided thread) engages in the threads of the bolt.
Clamping is achieved with a slight turn.
Functional reliability is only guaranteed if the clamping surface is at right angles to the threaded bolt.
The threaded bolt should be a few mm longer than the height of the handle.

The parts can come loose due to vibration.
Material: Grey cast iron
Speciality: Quick release nut / bushing, With internal thread, With through hole thread
Surface: raw / unpainted
Type of use: Grips, Palm grips / Cross handles
