The dimensions of the screw plugs largely correspond to DIN 908 and,
with the outside diameter d2, are matched to screw-in holes for pipe fittings to DIN 3852.
Unlike the DIN version, however, they have an elastic seal (rubber) which is embedded in a recess and thus cannot be lost or squeezed out during tightening.
