Locating hole in the workpiece to ISO tolerance H6 or H7.
For other dimension combinations, see SM 1005.
Drill bushes from SCHOLZ MECHANIK are used in all manufacturing companies as a cost-effective and wear-resistant component. No longer just for precise drill guidance, but also in combination with new production processes - e.g. 3D printing - the drill bush can be used to quickly produce clamping fixtures, measuring gauges, clamping supports, etc.
Drill positioning bushes are important and useful elements for placement and grid plates for turning and milling centres. Their high hardness and tight tolerances ensure very high repeat accuracy and a long service life.

Assembly:
the drill diameter should correspond to the bushing diameter,
press in the bushing angular with a flat mandrel or drive in with Soft-face mallet SM 3366A.

The resulting effect is that the energy of the steel shot is transferred with a slight delay when the mallet's contact surface hits the workpiece. The reduced rebound allows the impact energy to be absorbed with perfect effi ciency. The result is impact of exceptional magnitude. Working with SUPERCRAFT sledge hammers is much safer, easier on the joints and quieter than with ordinary steel hammers.
