EN 9100:2018 and ISO 9001:2015 Certificate
To meet the high demands of our customers, we have our quality management system regularly audited by TÜV Rheinland. As a high-performance manufacturer for the aerospace industry, we are not only certified according to ISO 9001:2015 quality standards, but also according to the stricter requirements of EN 9100:2018.
Declarations of Conformity – RoHS and REACH
Based on information from our suppliers, our products do not contain any SVHC substances in concentrations exceeding 0.1 percent by weight. Should we receive such information from our suppliers and thereby become aware that the 0.1 percent by weight threshold for an SVHC substance has been exceeded in our products, we will notify you immediately.
Airbus QPL - SCHOLZ MECHANIK GmbH
The Airbus Qualified Part List (QPL) is an official list of parts and components that have been qualified and approved by Airbus for use in their aircraft. It serves as a reference for suppliers, developers, and maintenance companies, ensuring that only tested and approved parts are used that meet the high requirements for quality, safety, and airworthiness.
2021 Environmental Partnership Certificate
With the ambition to run our company as environmentally friendly as possible and to use available resources sustainably, we were awarded the Environmental Partnership by the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg.
We manufacture with particular energy efficiency through the following measures:
- Operational mobility: Acquisition of e-bikes and electric cars in combination with renewable energy
- Energy-efficient construction: Improvement of building insulation
- Energy-efficient compressed air systems
