Special lifting devices, for example threads,
are no longer required on the workpiece.

Assembly:
Press the button and hold it down | Insert the ball bearing pin | Release the button (the button must return to its original position).
The button (A) is locked when it springs back to its original position due to the spring force.
Do not operate the button under load!
Disassembly:
Press the button and hold it down | Pull out the ball bearing pin | Release the button.

Notes:
- Ball bearing bolts are designed for lifting and holding individual loads (not people!!).
- Ball bearing bolts are not suitable for continuous rotation of the load.
- Contamination (e.g. grinding sludge, oil and emulsion deposits, dust, etc.) can impair the function of ball bearing pins.
- Before each use, ball bearing pins must be inspected for visible defects (e.g. deformations, breaks, cracks, damage, missing balls, corrosion, function of the release mechanism).
- The balls must lock automatically by means of spring force.
- Full mobility of the shackle must be ensured. - Damaged ball pins must not be used any further.
- The load values F1 / F2 / F3 (table in data sheet) apply to lifting in a steel mount and x min. = 1.5 mm.

Simple H11 boreholes are sufficient.
The advantages of this lifting pin is corrosion resistants.
The temperature range is up to +250 °C.
